In his current role as Conversion Director at Launch Online Ltd, Joe is responsible for helping clients improve their website performance, understand how their audience engages with their website, and get better results from their paid media investment.

Talk outline: How much time do you spend examining the hand-over between paid ads and landing page? These touchpoints have been treated as separate for too long, causing a widening ‘conversion gap’.
