Sharon works specifically on Clarity’s conversion features and is excited to share more on understanding user engagement to optimize websites and conversions. Prior to Clarity, Sharon worked extensively on site quality and metrics as the Bing Performance PM.

Jan Marks, Director Europe and Latin America at VWO

Jan Marks has always been troubled by the fact that more than 95% of visitors to digital channels leave without converting into customers. To tackle this issue, he has helped VWO’s customers to design design and run highly successful Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programs for businesses of all types and sizes.

Joe has been making recommendations on website performance for over 10 years. He’s consulted with a mixture of B2B and B2C brands such as LUSH, NatWest, HERE Technologies, and Spotify. At Launch, he helps businesses realise their website’s potential through a mixture of UX research and experimentation. Joe is also an Associate Lecturer for UWE and teaches ‘Digital Marketing Communications’ for the Bristol Business School.
