We get together once a month for a client strategy day where we work through a list of clients, it means each client gets two focused sessions a year which enable us to be proactive on their account rather than just reactive to emails!
Once a campaign is over and all our clients’ goals have been met, we move on and make sure we are ready to fire-start the next project.
