Our team is now 15 but we are looking for exceptional people from diverse backgrounds to take that to 20 within the next 12-18 months and 30 within the next 24 months. Are you the right person?
Our ambition is to gain B corp certification in 2022 and to increase the household names we work with, while still having fun and collaborating with our colleagues and clients. Our no-arsehole policy is clear. We focus on sustainable growth which is why we are able to invest in training and professional development for our team. We also give back with a range of pro-bono clients and charity work which will only increase as we grow.
Our transparent approach to both our client work and our agency life means I should tell you some of our weaknesses – we are sharpening up our brand with a new design and website shortly. We could be more commercial, we often say yes to clients when really we should bill them a project fee. Our opportunities can be 100% remote or based in our Exeter office but we will get together four times a year at least and so being South West best makes it easier to travel. If you are remote then your expenses for these get togethers will be covered.
