Our ambition is to gain B corp certification in 2022 and to increase the household names we work with, while still having fun and collaborating with our colleagues and clients. Our no-arsehole policy is clear. We focus on sustainable growth which is why we are able to invest in training and professional development for our team. We also give back with a range of pro-bono clients and charity work which will only increase as we grow.

Our transparent approach to both our client work and our agency life means I should tell you some of our weaknesses – we are sharpening up our processes to make things more streamlined using and Google Workspace. We could be more commercial, we often say yes to clients when really we should bill them a project fee. We perhaps should have aspirations to be the best in the world, but we are worried about what human cost that has, no one wants to give up their life for work. Our opportunities can be 100% remote or based in our Exeter office but we will get together three times a year at least and so being South West best makes it easier to travel. If you are remote then your expenses for these get togethers will be covered.

Paid Media Executive & Paid Media Manager
Salary: Exec £22,000 – £25,000 / Manager £24,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Reporting to Paid Media Manager or Director you will deliver for clients on their paid media campaigns – focusing on Paid Search and Paid Social but also Amazon and Programmatic. Training is part of this experience so don’t worry about being an expert…yet! Essential Skills
At least 1 years’ experience in digital marketing campaign management
Have passed the following exams: Google Ads Search Fundamentals, Google Ads, Display, Google Ads Video, Shopping Ads and Google Analytics for Beginners
An analytical mind
Knowledge and experience in running campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
A strong understanding of bid/budget management and how changes affect performance
The ability to deliver insightful analysis that drives improved performance
Comfortable using Google Ads Editor
Ability to analyse campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics
Good communicator
Previous experience working within an agency or client team environment
An understanding of wider marketing principles: understanding user journeys and how to influence them through paid campaigns, implementing effective marketing messaging at all stages of the funnel
A strong understanding of attribution models and the ability to guide clients on what
works best for them as a business.
Some experience pitching paid media campaigns and helping grow revenue when the time has been right for the client
Nice to have – advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Sheets (e.g. complex formulae and PivotTables)

Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Data Analyst with agency experience and a proven track record of delivering marketing insights to give clients the edge of their competition.

You’ll have experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Management, and Google Data Studio. You’ll be joining an award winning growing paid media agency and working with an exciting client list of ambitious advertisers.

This role can be fully remote or you will be able to work from our Exeter office when it is safe to do so. Part-time or flexible working hours are welcomed.
