What it takes to be a Digital Designer at Launch

Ready to leapfrog into your next role? We’re on the lookout for a digital creative to drive the visual delivery for the brands we work with. You’ll work collaboratively across our team to create visuals for our paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and TikTok.

Working closely with our Creative Director in our Paid Media team, you’ll develop best-in-class visual content for our clients that gets their customers clicking and converting. You’ll capitalise on the latest trends and platform features to deliver thumb-stopping ads, so you’ll need:

  • A good understanding of digital marketing

  • Creativity in spades

  • Attention to detail and strong organisation skills

  • The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks

  • Motivation and ambition

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Developing digital assets for each of our clients’ brands to bring their brand identities to life online

  • Delivering creative design that’s fresh, innovative, and relevant

  • Ensuring all creative output is on-brand, taking feedback and direction

  • Creating high-quality graphics, motion graphics, and animations

  • Supporting the Creative Director

  • Managing and organising image libraries and artwork files using Microsoft Teams and Google Drive

  • Attending team meetings and contributing to strategy

Essential skills:

  • 1-3 years agency or brand-side experience

  • Web/Graphic Design or similar qualification

  • Experience in motion graphics is a must and should be a creative passion

  • Experience creating and optimising ad content for Instagram, Google, Linkedin, Facebook, and YouTube, along with an in-depth understanding of these platforms and their functions 

  • A portfolio that showcases good layout design, typography and an understanding of design for digital platforms (iPad, mobile, desktop)

  • Experience of Adobe Creative Suite include InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or equivalent

  • Experience of artworking for various digital media, including web and mobile (video editing advantageous)

Salary dependent on experience between £18,000 - £24,000
